PURO Finance brings the age-old tradition of factoring (i.e. invoice financing) into 21st century with its superior technology. As also the invoice finance market grows, PURO Finance is part of a growing wave of fintech companies stepping into the area traditionally occupied by banks in order to provide companies with modern easy and flexible financial solutions.

Covid-19 did not push us into a corner but urged us to look forward, be courageous and become even more innovative. We have set an ambitious vision to be the leading provider of scalable collateralized B2B lending platform in Europe. This target will guide us going forward.

The most significant leap in our growth journey was taken in H1 when we established a commercial partnership with Accountor Group. As a sign from our common potential Accountor Group purchased a 25% stake in our company from (former) minority shareholders in June. Our joint efforts to bring world-class invoice financing, with sophisticated user-friendly integration, to Accountor’s ERP-platform, Procountor,  is the foundation for our further growth in 2021.

Supporting our growth strategy we closed a 2.4 mEUR Series A funding round end-2020 led by our new owner Accountor. This injection will fuel our product development in the coming period and support ventures to expand beyond the Finnish market. In our third full year of operation we reached an annual revenue of 2.0m and plan to continue on this rapid growth path.

In 2021 we plan to take ground-breaking leaps with our technological foundation to provide services no one else can offer. We want to provide our customers even better service and increase the flow, warmth and strength of their PURO experience.

Our new products pipeline, services and partnerships are filled with all the ingredients for 2021 to be an excellent year for PURO and its customers.

We aspire for our modern finance technology to be a Finnish export success story and plan to take our first steps beyond our homeland during this year.
